"Landon Caplinger wrote 5 of our policies last summer. Within a year, we discovered problems in 4 of them when we didn't have any claims at all. Instead of fixing the problems, they accused us of not reading the policies (which were different from what we were quoted). We switched to another SF agent to have the issues fixed."

"We've used several agents, and this got to be the worst. They quoted us low premiums. After we've agreed and paid in full, we discovered that the policies were already past due. Turned out that the actual premiums could be 20% higher than the quotes. When asked, they insisted that we've agreed to the increase when we were not contacted. They also backdated our home policies to start one month before we've contacted them and even purchased the properties. Not sure if it was a typo or another deceptive tactic. Instead of correcting the mistake, they accused us of it. Why would we pay for a policy to start before we even own the property? Stay away, and don't trust this agent."

"Neil Klemme State Farm has been so easy to work with. I switched to State Farm over 10 years ago and began saving hundreds of dollars a year. They were incredibly good to us when our daughter was out of state and her car was totaled after being hit by a drunk driver who fled. We just replaced another vehicle with a new Jeep, and Bayley Goodman was quick to respond and get us set up with new insurance in less than 15 minutes - including sending the temp insurance cards. We have home, 3 auto, life insurance and personal property insured with Neil Klemme."
